The patient describes the visit they need. Receptionist checks available times in ALMA, offers a time that follows your clinic’s booking rules and asks the patient to confirm. It then records the booking in ALMA. Patients can also call to move or cancel an existing appointment.
Week 42
Receptionist answers practical questions using your clinic’s information, such as opening hours and location. Requests that need staff are handled according to your instructions. Your team can review call outcomes in Dentio and see what needs follow-up.
We're open 08–17 on weekdays, closed for lunch 12–13. On Saturdays we only take emergencies.
The clinic is at Kungsgatan 44 in Stockholm, three minutes from Hötorget metro station.
There's no parking of our own, but plenty of bike racks right outside the entrance.
Before Receptionist books, reschedules or cancels an appointment in ALMA, the patient identifies themselves with Swedish BankID. That way your clinic knows it is the right patient calling before anything changes in the appointment book.
Contact Dentio to arrange setup. We review your ALMA appointment types and templates, then agree which visits can be booked, how long they need and when calls should reach the receptionist. You provide the clinic information it uses and decide which requests need staff.
This connection does not include direct transfer of clinical notes. You can review a note in Dentio and copy it into your patient record system.
