About Dentio
Dentio builds AI for dental clinics. Our ambient clinical scribe writes notes during patient conversations, while our AI receptionist handles calls, bookings, and patient communication — saving clinics hours of administration every day.
We are live across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, backed by Andreessen Horowitz, and growing fast. Sweden is our home market and our largest market, and we are looking for the person who will make every Swedish clinic using Dentio successful.
The role
Own the customer journey from trial through renewal and become Dentio’s deepest product expert outside engineering. You will convert trials, drive adoption and retention, and turn clinic insight into better product decisions.
Working closely with sales, engineering, and the founders, you will split your time between training staff in clinics across Sweden and investigating usage drops, writing documentation, or stress-testing releases. You need to enjoy both.
What you’ll do
- •Own trials and onboarding end to end, from clinic setup and configuration to activation and conversion with sales
- •Own a portfolio of Swedish clinics: monitor usage and health, prevent churn, drive renewals and expansion, turn customers into references, and keep customer and onboarding data current
- •Train dentists, hygienists, and front-desk staff on-site and remotely, and support clinic-by-clinic chain rollouts
- •Resolve advanced product and support questions, escalating clear context to engineering when needed
- •Test new features, report bugs, write clear Swedish help content, and turn clinic insight into prioritized product feedback
What we’re looking for
- •Fluent Swedish and professional English (our internal language)
- •Experience in customer success, onboarding, training, support, or account management — ideally in SaaS
- •Excellent with people and a clear communicator, both in training sessions and in writing
- •Technically curious: you do not need to code, but you enjoy learning software deeply, figuring out how things work, and explaining them simply
- •Structured and self-driven, with the ability to manage your own onboarding pipeline and travel regularly to clinics across Sweden; a driver’s license is a plus
Nice to have
- •Experience in dental, healthcare, or another regulated industry, especially hands-on clinic experience
- •Experience with CRM or support tooling, help documentation, or software training
