Dentio has been named the winner of the SSE Business Lab x Microsoft x KTH AI Society Hackathon, an innovation-focused event that brought together some of Sweden's brightest minds to explore the transformative potential of artificial intelligence.

Out of more than 250 applicants and 14 final pitch presentations, Dentio took home the top prize: securing a spot in the SSE Business Lab Summer Incubator Batch 2025. The victory marks a major milestone in Dentio's journey toward improving dental documentation with modern technology.

A Pitch That Captured the Vision

Dentio's win was anchored by a compelling pitch delivered by CEO Elias Afrasiabi, who shared the team's vision of making dental documentation more efficient and accessible through AI-assisted tools.

In his presentation, Afrasiabi highlighted how Dentio's technology supports clinicians with real-time documentation tools and an improved experience for both practitioners and patients.

The pitch emphasized Dentio's mission-driven approach, combining deep domain expertise with robust technical development to address challenges in modern dentistry.
