    Dentio is a Nordic tech company on a mission to transform how dental practices run. Our AI listens in on the patient consultation and automatically generates clinical notes, dental status charts, and referrals, giving dentists their time back so they can focus on what really matters: their patients.

    We recently closed a $2.3M pre-seed round led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), one of the world's leading venture capital firms. After a successful launch in Sweden, where around 100 dental clinics are already using our tool, we are now expanding across the Nordics. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of that rollout.

    We are looking for driven, self-starting salespeople to help build our go-to-market motion in new markets from the ground up. You will own the full sales cycle — prospecting, booking demos, closing, and following up with dental clinics across your local market. You will essentially be our face on the ground: fearless, hungry for deals, and motivated by seeing your results reflected directly in your commission.

    Ansvarsområder

    • Prospect and reach out to dental clinics in your local market
    • Book and run product demos with dentists and clinic owners
    • Follow up by email, phone, and in-person visits when needed
    • Build long-term relationships and keep our dental customers happy
    • Act as a key voice for your market back into the product and leadership team

    Krav

    • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling to small businesses
    • Self-driven and results-oriented
    • Thrives in a commission-based role
    • Speaks fluent English and the local language of the market you are applying for (Swedish for Sweden, Finnish for Finland, Norwegian for Norway, Danish for Denmark)
    • Based in the market you are applying for, with a strong local network or willingness to travel domestically

    Strongly preferred

    • Experience selling into dental clinics or the broader dental industry in your local market
    • Bonus: experience selling software or SaaS
    • Background in healthcare sales more broadly

    Also a plus

    • Experience working at or founding a startup
